Has anyone ever received a random text from a number you don't know that asks to meet up. They are super vague, but end up sending you enough information to believe it may be a provider? In this case, the person sent me this photo, and wanted to meet up. I asked for a link to an ad, reviews, etc, but she says she doesn't do that and goes by word of mouth and referrals. When asked how she got my number, she didn't give me an answer.

Just curious if anyone else has seen something similar?

She's a scammer. Ask her to send a selfie holding up X fingers of the left hand (where x= whatever you decide). If she does not comply, she's a scammer.

There is a huge rise on providers asking for Facetime or Duos and while I understand that its a safety aspect to do so, I'm just as paranoid as they are when I so send a picture of myself.

I've been rejected for not doing Facetime or Duos because I don't know what their intentions are when seeing me on a video, how do I know that they are not recording?

I guest its a way to show that I'm not a cop or whatever. IDK, how would I approach this?

Just proceed with caution with these providers when they ask for the FaceTime / Duo. I've been duped once by the "send money first" scam because of this. They set up a girl to video chat with, essentially gaining your trust, then send you a phony hotel room number after you send the money.

Idk about Duo, but I know that on FT if you pay attention to their screen, check to see if their screen flashes white (as if you're taking a screen capture) if it flashes white they took a picture of you. If they’re screen recording you, you’d never know. That hasn’t been addressed by Apple or anybody. I’m still not fond of FT verify, but the three times I did it, they were real. I reviewed all three of them too. I just strike up a quick bs convo and make sure to avoid explicit talk. Any explicit talk, weird vibes (ex - other people voices), or screen capturing

The one time I did Snapchat verify I noticed the person snapped a picture of me and I called her out on it. She started freaking out so I cussed her out then hung up.

I second what the other guy said though. If you not feelin' it, just see people who don't verify like that or see people who been reviewed. Just my unsolicited two cents. Later.

Other then telling them no, I would say find one that doesn't require it. Unfortunately, if this becomes the norm, there's nothing we can do. I've been seeing this a lot myself. It's almost like this just popped up overnight, because a few months ago I never really saw them doing this. And as you pointed out, it's hard to blame them from as safety perspective, but also I don't trust these women for nothing. It is food for thought, who's to say they won't use the recording to try and blackmail a guy.

If I remember correctly, Buster, you were one of the people who recommended her. My post yesterday was too get this off my chest. For some reason it's stuck with me over the last two years. I can say it's definitely bothered me especially when I see some of the girls.

Yeah, Nasty Nikki was another one on my GOAT list or Mount Rushmore of providers! Always great service, great rates, etc! She would literally do just about anything for a reasonable amount and always aimed to please! Not a clock watcher by any stretch of the imagination. I was one of the first ones on here to do a report on her. She was definitely the exception and not the rule in this hobby of ours.

Two years ago, I was trying to schedule a visit to Nasty Nikki. I had a couple fellow mongers recommend her. Reached out to her the day before told her I would be in the area the following morning around 10 AM. She said just send me a text when you're on your way. The following morning I texted her but no response. When I got to Glen Burnie sent a couple texts and a phone call but no response. I figured I was just getting ghosted. I realize stuff happens people get busy I'm not the only guy contacting her. I was still determined to meet this sexy MILF. However, I don't see her ads anymore. Did she retire? Did she have a state sponsored vacation?

Her situation is far worse. She overdosed on fentanyl. I read in this form she had passed away. I reached out to her doubles partner. She confirmed her passing. I've always been amazed at how women throw away their beauty for drugs. It doesn't matter where I go when I see a girl doing hard-core drugs. It makes me wonder if they're going to end up like Nikki. I've even asked. Where is the Narcan on several visits as a preventive measure. I'm not here to judge girls and I don't want to be judged. January 20 is the last day her ad is posted on listcrawler. Today is 2 years since her passing.

About a year ago, I arranged a date with a girl. I showed up at her hotel and she wasn't responding. Then a bunch of emergency vehicles show up. Still no response. I move along but wonder if that was her. I send her a text a couple days later and she says it was her, that she just got out of the hospital and is much better now. Never ended up seeing her but I wonder sometimes.

One girl I've seen repeatedly uses enough that she occasionally just falls asleep before I leave. I've checked her breathing and her pulse before I leave. I think to myself "how sad is that?

Normally there are 4 reasons why I'll stop seeing a girl that I like:

1) Her performance / cost changes enough that it's not worth it.

2) She degrades physically to the point I don't want to see her anymore (Crofton Bri).

3) She quits (best case scenario).

4) She dies.

The epidemic of working girls being addicted to hard drugs in Baltimore (and number of other places I assume) fuels the negative stereotype of most prostitutes being drug addicts and/or they offer sexual services because of drugs. It gives more ammo to the anti-prostitution people and organizations.
