Would I fly if 1/2500 planes dropped from the sky? Maybe not, but then flying in a plane is much less comfortable that feeling my dick glide raw into a tight, slick vagina. So, it's a calculus.

Always run a risk of getting anything or making somebody pregnant but STDs are overhyped. Not to mention that most STDs do not begin from sexual intercourse from the original carrier. Now if you have sex with a heroin addict who shoots the needle, you could be running a risk.
