She probably just blocked you. She was a scammer and had no intentions of actually meeting. You said "No" and she moved on to the next. No telling who's NL she sent of picture of.

I think Most probably you have met a person whose life is in complete disarray or are messed up. She might be real. Cross check DL pic with hers and you can google to get pick in her life. Based on info you gather take further call. If she shared her DL mean she definitely is not a pro but desperate. Perhaps she already met someone to fulfil her current needs.
