I know I've asked this before, but I have never gotten a clear answer. I am not from Chicago but I will be there on business in the near future. I almost forgot to add that years ago, rival pimps
used to kidnap and steal each others hoes .

This used to be common in New York and was
never really reported to police . After a street
deal was worked out , the sw would be returned.

This was operating heavy in the late 80,s and
still happens now. Thus another reason that
