I checked out the Madison Ave stroll on the way home yesterday and picked up Ivy, a WSW around Madison/Western. I usually only see BSWs in this area. Ivy is a little chunky but very clean. When I see Excalibur used in reference to Chicago I think of the adult bookstore on Lake Street and 25th in Melrose Park. I have noticed a few "maybe" SWs in this mostly hispanic neighborhood but nothing to get really excited about.

I went out Sunday night and hit North ave. west of Damen to Central Park and Armitage (same areas). There were plenty of SW west of Western. I generally perfer the girls just east of western but nothing to find there.

I counted 10-13 SW in total from 12-1 A.M. but nothing that really struck me. Two to three WSW but highest I would rate 5. Several HSW but seemed cracked up and I am not into BSW. I hope that helps some of you.

Yes, the girl at Walgreen's is DEFINATELY an sw.

Most of the single girls that are just hanging around the Excalibur area (between midnight and 6am) are sw's.... and some of them are gorgeous. Before I go into the specifics, let me say I'm just as guilty as anyone of BBBJ.

I have some expertise in this area, not because I have ever gotten an STD. (knock on wood - no pun intended)

First of all, you can get many STD's from a BBBJ. Yes, it's harder to get them than uncovered vaginal sex, however the possibility exists - more than you think.

You have to remember or know that HIV cannot penetrate normal skin, but must enter through a mucuous membrane - such as the inside of your penis, mouth, inside of nose, vagina, etc.

Second, think about the bumping action and the grinding that happens during a BBBJ. Not to mention accidental teeth scuffs... It's very easy for the mouth to bleed, think about when you are flossing.

Third - remember that most of these girls have the worst dental hygiene in the world which raises the possibility of bleeding in the mouth even more.

Fourth - you can obviously get more than the "clap" from BBBJ. Heck, even if you have a CBJ if the woman has herpes simplex type A or B in her oral area, if that area comes in contact with the area not covered by condom (per se -licking your balls, or deep throat and her lips touch your pubertal area).

Like I said, I'm not sitting on a soap box here. I'm just trying to provide accurate and true information. If you have more questions post them or call the 800#. They will also refer you to free clinics in your area for confidential testing, treatment, etc.

As for knowing you have an STD, it can be difficult unless the signs are very acute. If you have any sores on in your genital area - see a doctor ASAP. If you have pain during urination - call your doctor ASAP. Fortunately, MOST STD's can be cured with drugs, but some won't go away at all (HIV, Herpes, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV aka genital warts)) However, the earlier you get treatment, generally the better for your health and to help suppress or cure the symptoms. If you let an STD go, it could damage your reproductive system (ducts to from your testicles to your penis, etc.) Fortunately, it's usually easier for a male to tell if he has an STD then women.

Last, I'm going to say that the stupidest question you can ask a "ho" is "Are you clean". They know if they say "herpes, hiv, gonorrhea, syphillus, whatever" that you are going to bolt.

These girls are at the HIGHEST risk of STD's. It's obvious, of course, because of the # of sexual partners. That coupled with drug use, especially intravenous drug use, raises the stakes dramatically. On top of that, the "I just don't care about me or my life anymore" attitude makes the issue even worse.

Most girls that I've met that use i.v. drugs always say they use clean needles. If a girl is addicted to heroin or whatever she is shooting up - and needs a fix badly and has no clean needle - do you think she is going to take the time to find a clean needle or buy some bleach to sterilize it? Maybe some would, most are out of control and wouldn't. (remember, these are prostitutes.) None of them will ever admit to you that they use dirty needles. Again, that would make you bolt and no money = no drugs.

Everything I posted is the truth, and nothing but the truth. I'm not trying to scare anyone, as I said, I'm guilty myself. However, you should know the risks inherent with the hobby and that the rationale that you can't get anything serious from a BJ vs vaginal/anal sex is wrong.
