But it doesn't matter where on earth a Web site lives, if the credit card companies won't let hookers pay for ads using their services the owners of the site are seriously fucked. And for the banks that own the credit cards, it is about perception. What banking entity wants to be associated with human trafficing?

Personally, I am popping some pop corn to see just how this plays out. It appears Grady has a serious competitor in the Sheriff of Cook County, Illinois who has now had the spotlight shined on him in every newspaper in the US of A. Someone will give him a medal. And the hookers, pimps and scammers will just go somewhere else.

I hope Jax, Sonny and the Russians make a shit load of money before someone notices they exist and asks American Express, Visa and MasterCard to cut them off, too. If I could buy stock in the company I would because it is going to make a lot of money in a hurry.

Either that or we all have to learn what the fuck a BitCoin is, anyway.

The only thing that sucks about BitCoin is the spread between perceived value and actual value. They want one amount for purchase but then when you try and convert them to hard currency it's kind of tough and always less.

As far as the banks, sooner or later, hopefully late enough that Back Page is fucked but soon enough so we aren't, somebody is going to do something to get that shit out of the US. Maybe we will make enough to do something about it. Maybe buy a fucking bank in the Isle of Man and issue cards that are outside of US control. This shit about restricting people from using their own fucking money however they want needs to stop. They keep saying that it's about combating terrorism and trafficking when what it's really about is controlling, where and how the sheeple spend their money.

This is not a US based website and there is no way that the US is going to get a foreign country to allow it to interfere with a website based in their country.

I think the only think the US could do is block it, but that is not going to happen.

I recieved a text from a girlfriend of mine that is also in the hobby and works in the Ocala Gainesville area last night telling me that BP no longer takes MC or Visa due to human trafficking. Right now you can only fund through Vanilla. Then she texted me later saying she recieved an email from BP stating they weren't sure how long the Vanilla Visa was going to work, but they are working on a way to accept payments in other forms. I called the number on her backpage ad and the lady who answered said she had no idea who Avalon was but received many calls asking for her.
