There were 3200 flights from China to the US including many directly from Wuhan until Trump banned them. The scientists told him he didn't have to, Biden, Pelosi, Shumer and the Media said it was racist and xenophobic but it was the right thing to do and probably saved hundreds of thousands of lives. Remember Pelosi and DeBlasio walking around without masks during that time telling people that their Cities are open and safe and people should come visit? These are his main critics now that blame Trump for everything.

760,000 Chinese Nationals and Americans flew from China during that time until Trump put a stop to it. The same thing goes for banning flights from Spain and France that were hotspots and 800,000 people came to the US from there during that time. He was ridiculed about those flights being banned but it saved American lives.

The US wouldn't supply funds? Are you fucking crazy? They've spent over 6 trillion so far and operation Warp Speed has them throwing all kinds of money to get a vaccine as soon as possible. What more could have been done.

The reason the White House and fauci in partiuclar lied about us not needing masks is because he later admitted there were not enough for us silly mortals and the medical community, so they came first. A federal balanced budget amendment sounds great but we would need to dig out of the 27 trillion we are in the red on now, and can only afford the interest payments not a dime of principal is paid. , and if interest rates rise we can't afford the interest. We are in bad bad shape, but we are the best of the worse, and the worse is all other countries.

We can hopefully, all agree that the virus is real, it is highly contagious and can lead to death for a small percentage. I too, believe the numbers are skewed big time. Our local News 6 reporter had to ask DeSantis three times during a press conference to get him to admit that the numbers shown as cases, were really positive test results. Some persons that get the COVID have been tested as many as ten times before they can get the required two negatives, two days in a row. So, right there, shows you the numbers are not correct.

Now, we keep hearing about a vaccine. But yet there were 62 doctors on the steps of the Capital a few weeks ago. They were screaming to the rooftops that the Hydroxychloroquine / Zinc / antibiotic cocktail works and is nearly 100% effective if started early on. They also claim that taking only one tablet every two weeks will prevent you catching the virus. There are over 300 doctors in America alone that are swearing by this treatment process. These doctors are risking their practices and reputation by doing this. But yet, they are scoffed at. In Australia, they are now claiming a 100% success rate using Ivermectin and the other two medicines used in the cocktail. Yes, the very same de-worming medicine used in horses and pets. It's even cheaper than the Hydroxychloroquine.

So I guess Big Pharma / Big Brother / Big NWO / Big who knows, wants people to die and to control the rest of us. We can't have 20 dollar drugs cure this virus when we need one thousand dollar vaccines with mediocre results, instead.

A couple things. I agree with balanced budget and term limits, but will never happen. Both parties rely on debt / deficit when in power and getting congress to pass term limits on itself is as unlikely as it sounds. Not sure an argument in favor of how US handled prior pandemics is a strong one, 675000 Americans died in Spanish Flu (1918) - extrapolating from US population at the time (about 103 MM) that would equate to a death rate of about 0. 006 - if we matched that today we'd have deaths of about 2 MM. Also, while the economy was not shut down in 1918 a lot of churches and schools were. Even masks were worn to some degree. I'd like to think we've advanced since then. The real problem is we politicize everything now, even a virus.

If you won't watch the Dolphins because of players kneeling for the anthem, guess you're skipping the entire NFL as it seems every team plans on kneeling this year. Oh, and while you're at it, players from the NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL and various soccer leagues have been kneeling too. Add in NASCAR as well. I'm sure there are others I haven't noticed or am just forgetting at the moment. The point being, this is way beyond Colin Kaepernick and a few random players now and, if you're forgoing sports with athletes taking a knee, you may as well tell your cable provider to drop ESPN from your plan!
