Yes I can clarify and I have knowledge. Wizard was right a few posts below. HIPAA doesn't apply which is why I am stunned so many mongers go for BBFS.

    Herpes rates

Back in 2010, the CDC reported that 48% of African American women had herpes.

Chlamydia, ghonnera, syphilis, these are all out there and these girls don't require medical screenings. All they want is the drug. They don't care about anything else. That's just reality. If you want to chance it that's on you. If you're in a relationship you should at least be protecting your partner if you won't stay faithful. They put their trust in you. Not some SW they don't know your raw dogging. This isn't the 60's.

    Chlamydia

I caught this from unprotected vaginal sex from one of the girls around here that is now out of the biz. I went to a somewhat free clinic. Gave my real name and thought I would just have to live with the consequences.

Thankfully the significant other never got it and I never had to report everyone I had sex with. The Dr told me he has to report my demographic info. Not my name.

After the shot and 10 days I was free and clear and that was over 3 years ago.

    Never heard about it again.

Some people leave permission with the clinics to leave messages on the home machine or with anyone who answers the phone number.

    STI Reporting

    Chlamydia. Chlamydia trachomatis.

    Gonorrhea. Neisseria gonorrhoeae.

    Syphilis. Treponema pallidum.

    Chancroid. Haemophilus ducreyi.

    Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID).

In WI, these 5 STI's are class II reportable diseases, requiring a physician to notify the Local Health Department within 72 hours. The recommended course of action for Local Health Departments is to follow up with the patient and try to get a sexual history. They will then notify the partners without naming the patient to protect privacy. That's all well and good until they contact your wife and the only person she's had sex with is you.
