Have you been to a college house party recently? The difference is about two beers and an hour of annoying conversations about her struggle to find the right major. I think 20 yr olds are at least as permiscuous now as they were a thousand years ago when I was 20.

I agree that this is a bad idea. Think of what will happen once you get tired of each other. I was very young when I learned the hard way as a straight commission salesman. I was banging a client and when the fun was over, so was the commission. Most expensive piece ever for me.
