That's true. The only way the government has of measuring unemployment is to go by the number of individuals drawing unemployment benefits. As the number receiving unemployment benefits declines it's a blend of (A) individuals that have returned to work and (B) individuals still unemployed but have drawn their maximum weeks of benefits. Also hidden in that statistic are (C) individuals "under-employed," I. E. , having accepted substandard employment in a weak economy. The bottom line, a rise in the number of recipients receiving unemployment benefits is bad, but a decline in that number could mean good, bad or be meaningless.

I find him bent on bringing down the great country of the USA and has been pretty well been good at that with the be / s debt, the numerous scandals, supporting Hammas and other insurgents of the Muslisum faith he learns towards. He has turrned his back on our strong Mideast ally, Israel, backs funding to bring all the disease ridden kids from Central America and put in our over taxed and stressed economy.
