Don't think Karen is good option. Tried her a couple weeks ago and massage was so-so at best. Then about the time for the flip her boyfriend came home and she carried on a conversation with him about picking up their kid thru the door. Based on the boyfriend outside the door I didn't push for a HE. Initially thought HE might be on menu because no draping required but as massage progressed I began to doubt it was, then the boyfriend finished all hope.

I really wish I had something to give you right now because I go to Nashville quite often. Most of the girls that you might find around here are coming up from Mil, and the locals don't stay in it for long IMHO. Hopefully someone else can give you a hand.

So, I accidentally came across some information that makes me pretty sure the two of these aren't roommates. But, I do know for sure they are working together at least some times.
