I don't mean to be insensitive to the plight of the homeless, but that homeless center by Minute Market makes it impossible to cruise that area. Anybody have any luck elsewhere?

The routes I've taken myself are Fairview, and Boone, down south roan to the tree streets. Wilson is basically dead.

It's hit or miss, but they are there.

There's a blonde sitting at the no gas pump convenience store on Wilson along with another really fat older brown haired one (looks like she's not wearing her dentures). However. Very very prominent LEO out tonight. Even camped at the end of Wilson, and the library, and the convenience store across from ole guac on roan, and an unmarked patrolling. Was too hot for me so I have now headed home. It's 11:06 on 7/6/19.
