Where is the best place to look in Kingsport?

Is the Tri-Cities area completely devoid of SW's or am I not looking in the right places? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

No particular place. I do not partake but they are around. Usually the ones hanging around gas stations off the major highways you just need to ask if they need a ride. Also seen quite a few potentials inside the gas stations at the skill betting machines. You will not see an open market here and have to hunt and be the one to approach. I've been approached once but have been giving that look bunches. I just wish we had more quality in general. The only safe regulars for anything are few and far between and not much to get the blood flowing for sure.

I was in a hurry through JC earlier this week and had to stop at the shell station off Cherokee to get gas on my way towards 107. It was around 6:30 ish and the place was empty but there was two guys and a girl inside with the guy working the counter. I was pumping gas when the dirty blonde female walked out of the store and up to be at the pump. She was dressed normal and was actually very pretty except you could see the years of demons had done their damage. She had a backpack on and asked me for a ride to her trailer. I declined but was nice and then she got pretty aggressive begging for the ride and told me that everything was available if I would just give me the ride. I could see the two males were watching from the store and I kept saying sorry but that I couldn't take her in that direction even though I was going in that direction. She finally gave up and walked back into the store and continued to talk to the guys. I left and went on my way wondering what just happened. My gut told me no way this was real but I have to admit I considered it for a few seconds. Anyone seen her down that way? I won't be back in JC for a few weeks and wondering if I should make another trip down Cherokee? Stay safe!!

Drive around long enough you will see them. Very coy. Mostly at the shitty gas stations. Not my thing but you see more out than in Lynn gardens like the days of old.

I saw an older but thin redhead walking downtown Bristol this afternoon. Thought she gave me "the look". By the time I got turned around, she was gone. It's literally been years since I've picked up a SW in the tri cities. Does anyone know or seen her?

Was sitting at front, gave the look. Pulled up and she got in. Planned dream but then she just spaced out, went blank. Ended up letting her out. Be careful out there.

Seen in Bristol, Kingsport and JC. Look not at the street but posted up at the gas stations loitering around. I do not have the SW nerves but they are def out there.

Was in JC yesterday, scooping around Wilson and the library / Sevier Center. Observed a 40-ish female, 5'5", dark hair and levis walking between the library and the Center. She seemed a bit too obvious. Wondering if she's bait by the local LEOs.
