It's a sad state of affairs nationwide. Crack created a demand for them to be awake and make money. Sure some robbed and were crazy feigns but they were willing to work. Meth just made them needle junkies with IV use issues. Pills have evolved into fent and has taken all demand away from them to work. They get high for super cheap and go to sleep, wake up, then go back. Most can probably afford on assistance without working at all and are too high to work even a half decent dream when they do need to try and make something of themselves for an hour.
