The initial reply to your post "sparked" memories of riding past it back in the 90's. It sounded familiar, and if memory serves me right, was across from or near the Ford? Plant. Never went in, but always wondered what it was. Used to head over to the AMP in Milan instead when the mood struck me back in the early to mid 90's.

Just had to google "sandusky tea house", and hot ham! Whatta you know?! Google+ and Yelp* have interesting reviews. Well, what does one expect from an area that offers tourist attractions such as Mystery Hill, African Safari, Prehistoric Forest, and Cedar Point? Be entertained. YOLO!

It's a little bikini strip club in a converted garage. I was there a few times maybe 1 and a half to 2 years ago but from a couple reviews I saw elsewhere I doubt that anything has changed. It's run by a weird mentally disturbed alcoholic old man with a temper and sometimes his scrawny punk son with ego problems is there too acting like a tough guy.

There's a printed list of several rules such as no standing, no whistling, no cell phones etc on every table and flat surface throughout the club. I remember reading in a newspaper article that the old man grabbed a cell phone out of a customer's hand and smashed it on the floor. He carries a taser and threatens "rule" breakers with it.

The dancers were mostly what you would expect in a Podunk club, overweight, dirty, and ugly.

Dances are on a couple chairs out in the open where everyone including the old man can watch so there is no privacy and definitely no extras.

Having to deal with that old man and low dancer quality killed any chances I had of enjoying my times there. As I previously said I doubt that things have changed for the better.

If you're looking for a strip club out that way there's Club Roj east of Fremont and Scarlet's in Oregon. Between the two, Scarlet's is the better bet and both are much better than the Teahouse. If you don't mind driving a trip to the Toledo clubs would offer more fun and better options or better yet a road trip to Detroit offers much better options and ITC FS.
