The benefit of this game is that for a "reasonable fee" a man can engage with a woman without all the time and expense of dating. But at those numbers it is actually cheaper to just play the tinder game. Hang out at a bar or club and actually talk to women, let them get comfortable around you. If the guy has some game and isn't a creep or a cheapskate it doesn't take long to build a network. The first one or two will take some time but then they introduce you to their girlfriends and on and on. Just a rant.

I think the main reason for slim selection with OTX is the cost of living here. Real Estate is just too Expensive.

I agree with SHM the OTX is a Desert. With a short drive the Tidewater area can be an Oasis of Talent! BN.

In my 20+ years of going to the OBX, I had the most luck going to the bars. There are a few UTRs lurking in there, but you're more likely end up getting some strange for the price of a few drinks.

Visiting nags head next week, forums indicate that it's not a great place for hobbyists. I see a few repeat posters on STG, but they look too trustworthy. Am I missing anything? Any luck on Tinder in the area?

Have had a home on the OBX since 1994 , despite my best efforts I could never find anyone pro or civvie .I did meet one pot sugar baby who was probably DTF but the timing didn't work out Anyway I would suggest SA as one alternative , bars the other , the economy has taken a hit so that might be a possibility .
