Provider used to advertise on Craiglist under that heading. She always went by her real name -- J* Anyone who saw her should remember.

I saw her at least once a month for the longest while. She wasn't too far from me and prices were reasonable. Not a top shelf looker, but she got the job done. Oh. And she'll do anything. Literally. I've had rimming sessions, fisting (on both her and me), CIM, CIP, CIA, ass to mouth, shower play, etc.

She sold her home in the Country Club area and moved to PA but she comes back from time to time.

More obviously, in most of her ads, she has a significant volume of track marks on her arms. Lots of bruising as well. It is harder to spot when they shoot up a little more discretely, but when they go for the inside of the elbow, its just a dead giveaway.
