I agree with your sentiment. To be honest I'm a little surprised by the overall friendliness and civility of most members here. People appear to be respectful most of the time. Under this thread I feel that most of us are feeling sad and none of us was really making light of this situation. I always treat the providers with utmost respect. Not sure why that dude / gal became so pissed off.
