I'm planning to ttof tomorrow. The pics she sent me look nice and she seems to be nice and affordable. Anyone has any feedback on her? She has posted in both BP and CL in the past.

I do agree with the above. I have seen her twice and to add to the above comment, her place is a dirty mess. She is clean.
