The Brazilians for me have been more miss than hit. Bruna had a really bad boob job and was just a cold fish the entire time. Others have refused previously negotiated services. Yes it is the handlers promising everything under the sun just to get you in the door and then back out as quickly as possible.

I lean towards one agency with multiple numbers because I had reached out to a couple of them a while back and they responded with wanting to know why I went to hotel a vs hotel b.
