I'll admit, the search function in here can be a bit cumbersome to use. It IS useful when searching for something specific, such as a provider name or town. Type your query in the search box and select your specific criteria (which can be the most challenging, as you need to scroll through every state and city convered by these boards).

I'll admit, I don't use the search feature often, however, if someone is starting out, my tip would be to read, read, read. Go back several pages in the area you're in. Other surrounding areas as well. Don't limit your reading to only your area. There's many useful tips and tricks all over these boards. The "front page" as well. Much cheaper to search here, than to get ripped off elsewhere and even worse. I watch boards from Philly to north Carolina on the regular.
