So far the third choice is the only one that's replied back. Don't know if that's because of availability or the 217 (central illinois) area code throwing them off. I appreciate the feedback in forums and dm's I've received. I'm leaning hard towards provider one.

Since the initial post, I have heard from all three. Requested the same menu items from all, pricing is consistent among all three.

#1 claims to be from Scottsville, not exactly on my route but I can head toward Glasgow after and get back on course much better than winding rt 100 to Burkesville. I meet number 1 earlier this week, she is the lady in the pictures but they are older pictures. She's about 35 lbs heavier and has the usual bad teeth that comes with providers.
