Women rule when it comes to divorce, don't believe me look at the sea of cases of athletes, movie stars, CEOs, million / billionaires that get taken to the cleaners, and some guy making 100 k (who married an escort) will outsmart them all?

A: The state does not see divorce as a question of morality / fairness, its about two parties going their separate ways and one being entitled to half. The state and the lawyers get a big chunk of money if he loses, but get nothing if he wins.

1) Arrest don't mean squat, unless its a child custody issue. (Please refer to sentence A).

2) BP ads don't mean squat, he married her despite knowing what she did. Remember BP ads don't mean sex for money, it just means escorting (Which is legal). Even if you prove it was sex for money (something the guy would have to admit to doing) , its like saying your ex-wife jaywalked, that's for a different court, not family / divorce court. (For reference reread sentence A).

3) Dragging a divorce on won't help, women get contingency lawyers (won't pay till she wins) its men who pay by the hour, AND her lawyers will try to have the guy pay her legal fees anyways.

4) Having a undercover spy won't mean shit, unless he follows her to her room when he films the ex-wife having sex for money. But guess what, it still doesn't mean squat. This isn't child custody, this is a divorce, the judge won't say she's not entitled to anything because of morals (Please refer to sentence A).

5) Saying she did / does drugs doesn't mean squat, especially when the husband known and even helped her get the stuff, again morals / different court. (Please refer to sentence A).

6) If he cheated on her with hookers hes the one who operated in bad faith, under normal circumstances the guy would be screwed during a divorce, but its even worse if she was operating in good faith in the marriage while the guy wasn't. Even though they weren't married long, if she can prove his infidelity, the court will see it as "She would have stayed married longer had you been faithful, this is not just a gold digger looking to cash out.

When you spend enough time on MGTOW forums and hear the horror stories of divorce you know what to expect, that judge, the state, the laws, her lawyer, and even his lawyer benefits when he losses. Don't believe me look at the statistics.

Bottom line, know the Law for your state and situation.

Yes, Florida is a no-fault state but each divorce has its own circumstances and uniqueness. However, the "FAULT" whatever it may be can affect Alimony and custody decisions in some cases. Someone mentioned 10 years and 50 %, I always SMH when I hear this. What I am talking about deals with military retirement pay.

Two misnomers with the division of military retirement pay is:

1. You must be married at least 10 years.

2. She gets half your pay.

The 10-year rule is used to determine who pays the spouse. If married less than 10 years the spouse is not entitled to receive alimony directly from the military. Less than 10 years but qualified for alimony the retiring member would pay the alimony directly and / or as set up by the Court. Married 10 years or more the military Defense Financing and Accounting Service pays the alimony directly to the spouse from the member's retirement.

Fifty percent (50%) the law simply states, she / he can be awarded up to 50%. In a military member case, that percentage is determined by a calculation. Again, speaking only of my situation. Although my divorce did not end many years pass 10 years, my lawyer ended the marriage when we stopped being physically involved (sex). It made a huge difference in the outcome and I don't miss it.

I learned a lot about the divorce court system, I got burnt by not following an order to the letter. I then used their own logic to win a decision. My lawyer did not want to bring the matter before the judge but I requested a hearing and the judge agreed with me. It was a simple matter of what the Order said and did not say and my ex's lawyer wanted me to pay something that was NOT clearly defined in the order.

Not sure about any pension but 401 (k) s are driven by the named beneficiary. The annals are filled with guys who married, divorced, remarried and then when he died wife number 2 found out he failed to change the beneficiary and wife 1 got the proceeds. Strange but true.

So I been dormant in the group for a while because we'll was on deployment got hurt and was shipped back after surgery on my back and knee I'm now being medically retired and well before I go I want to have one last thrill in Jax and really need you guys help to choose BP / AMP last I tried AMP it was no lunch but they feel safer to me (but more expensive) and well BP is a shell of it's former self from what I can see so any help for this sailor will be appreciated.

If you ever see this girl walking down Beach Blvd between Hodges and San Pablo you may want to offer her a ride. Just say "Hey Michelle how are you, can I buy you a smoothie". She is a nice girl but completely in outer space. We drove around with her talking about butterflies, zebras and moonbeans. I spent an hour cruising around the beach with her and was rewarded for my patience and kindness. Buy her a pack of smokes and be a kind person. That and a mango smoothie king was about it out of pocket. Took a pic of the back of her head in the car with the only view I had.

I live pretty close and see her often, sometimes at night, other times I have seen her at 3 pm. She looks very pregnant. Isn't she?
