This is my third time seeing her. Once Nuru, once massage, and this time massage. Both great experiences before as was this one. Parked out front on dead end street, entered side of building. I know she has some fans but her reliability has gone way down. I've set up multiple appointments with her only to be ghosted completely or arrive and then have no response. She has also gone way downhill on her text responsiveness, very slow now and she's sent me multiple unsolicited texts, I have a text app so I'm safe but that can be troubling for some.

Also I recently set up a duo, no response, claims family emergency when she finally responds 2 hours later. I ask if she's available, she says yes, come in 45, I arrive, no response until 30 minutes later asking to push it for that evening, no can do on my part. I rescheduled the duo for a few days later, get a text as I'm heading out that there was another 'emergency'. Not sure she's worth the effort for her rates anymore.
