Looks like a fake ad, if you read the typo "women" instead of woman, usually ads likes this are posted by men that are from or speak a foreign tongue without prepositions and have no concept of singular or plural. Yuo see ads posted like this on eb all the time, however being open minded, maybe she is illiterate or just uneducated.

Be careful might be a scam or the ad was posted by a male for her.

I'll second that about the neighborhood with one caveat: it's not about the neighborhood. It is a busy street. I don't want to be seen so that's my primary issue w the location. Normally this is a little north for me but I decided to try Abbie out and had a pretty decent dream with her yesterday. Met at an a long term room. Communication was good and quick.
