This is what I do on Seeking nowadays; and I think it could be used with escorts.

Ask them to send a short (a few seconds) video mentioning the date, or your name. (Something that has to be them, that they can't grab off the Internet.).

Or, if you don't mind showing your own face, ask them to FaceTime.

You can also mention in advance that if they're using fake pics, you'll cancel on the spot.

When someone brazenly uses a fake pic, I walk away (if incall) or send them packing (outcall). I'm polite about it, but I always cancel.

The only exception would be a case in which the pic isn't real, but the provider is just as attractive. (I remember a post saying that this was the case for Holly Winston.).

Thank you both Enricojinx and BelowMe for actually answering the specific question that was asked. Granted this is your opinion about her level of attractiveness, however, I would prefer this type of candid response versus comments that only serve as an extension of her advertisements or a rehash of a provider's previous positive reviews.

Hopefully your remarks helped Hobbie1969 make an informed decision. If it didn't help him your comments certainly assisted me on directing my mongering dollar elsewhere so thanks again.

I have not seen her recently or often, mostly due to location not being in my schedule. While I would not describe her as "hot" she is not unpleasant either. I would say that if you are seeing someone due to appearance alone, not for you.
