Been trying out the Middletown providers and finally saw Annie the other day. Texted her early in the morning and set up a meeting at noon that day. I'd say most of them are failling at communication lately, seems when its time to set a time or get locations most go dark. I chalk it up as they don't want the goods we bring, someone else will.

You made the mistake of assuming that most providers consider this to be a job. The reality is that most consider this to be an ATM to be visited when in need of fast cash for whatever reason. This does not apply to everyone, of course.

There are those who know the value of consistent repeat business, and their reliability impacts the reliability of the amount of money that comes in.
