Exactly. If you listened to the police chief in the first news conference, they said he admitted he did it because he had a sexual addiction and he had been in treatment for it and that these places were impeding him to his recovery. Basically he was screwed up, he knew it and instead of working on himself he used the "entitled" attitude of just taking it away from everyone else because he can't hack it. You notice when the cop said "he just had a bad day" which I don't see anything wrong with saying because it is true he snapped and killed innocent people. Not because of the race, but because of the supposed work they were doing. Remember, he killed a few white people and one of the brothers of the victims said that the press should move away from the racial angle, and concentrate on the real reason this guys mental problem with sex.

Everyone wants to spin this to their advantage. Even in some of the Korean press, they were jumping on the racial angle, yet if you know anything about those cultures that very same press would normally look down on these types of women who are working in the massage industry, especially servicing non-Koreans, but hey never let a good crisis go to waste to sell newspapers.

Speaking as a Black man, most of the hate crimes that we have been seeing in the news have been done by other Black males but only when the crazy white guy does it does it really get into the news. Just look at some of the cases that have occurred in Oakland and the population there and now you are going to say it was some MAGA guy in that area doing that? I don't buy it.

This was sad all the way around, a young kid, who had mental issues about sex and couldn't handle it thought the only way to cure himself of it was to just eliminate it all. If anything if you want to try to define him politically I would say a leftie since the way they deal with stuff they can't handle is to ban it all (or want to). But this guy from reports used to go to those places and he blames his own moral failings on others so he strikes out in the name of religion and that is not good but the root of this case. FYI, what is one of the most active countries in the world in watching internet porn? It's Pakistan a very religious place but full of pent up latent sexually frustrated men who go wild at the first chance they get and are willing to kill everyone else for not following their strict religious beliefs. Same situation in this case. He has participated in the use of these places, but because he felt guilty about it he decided to kill them for it. Nothing to do about race, but his own sick mind.

Never been to club platinum (yet) but have been to follies and live at both places I observed heavily armed security personnel at door. I would much rather take my chance of not getting shot at local Asian massage place vs urban strip club. I am assuming that their are a few shot guns in the office and a few other guns floating around the club (staff and customers) it a mostly cash business. The massage place not so much. The suspect was taken into custody with out incident (minus a minor po lice chase) he would. Have folded at any confrontation at a strip club big angry urban dudes = scary. 50 year old plus Asian chicks= no scary.

This shooting was not a hate crime. If it was a hate crime the shooter would've made sure to kill only asians. He was shooting anybody he saw. So nope, not a hate crime. First, FYI, I did some work in Pakistan and it's kind of interesting to note that Karachi is actually full of Asian massage parlors.

Second, I think it's actually pretty simple, think of it like this: if some guy kills six gay or transgendered people, and says it was because the victims made him feel unwanted sexual desires. It's obviously a hate crime. So if someone kills six Asians, and says it was because the victims made him feel unwanted sexual desires. That doesn't matter, it's still a hate crime. His saying he was working out his sex addiction issues by killing masseuses simply means he's a crazy fucking serial killer.

Also, his saying he was killing them because he has sexual addiction issues, could be a ploy to set up an insanity plea and escape the heavy penalties of a hate crime.

Another point: guys in Hotlanta go to strips joints in the red light district to get horny, and then head over to the AMPs so reliable Asian MILFs take care of them. To make it convenient, AMPs and strip clubs are located near each other, you can just walk next door, like from Aromatherapy or Gold Spa to the Platinum Club. So my question is. How come this shooter didn't go terrorize a strip club, which offer young white hotties, and instead went out of his way to go to multiple Asian massage parlors. At what time did these shooting occur locally? Were the stip clubs even open then? I'm taking a wild stab on saying this but I don't think he was "man enough" to go to a strip club since there would have been just as many bigger and armed guys there to intimidate him. He probably had the fantasy in his head of being the "big man" and going to those places wouldn't fit his narrative.

If he was of a rational mind, he wouldn't have shot the non-Asians IMO. I get the set up of how the strip clubs are close to the AMPs it's like that in most places and it's a smart business move for the AMPs.

Criminalizing prostitution attracts the criminal element including human sex trafficking. Prostitution doesn't do it, putting it into back alleys is what does it. There are no criminal elements and no sex trafficking happening in FKK's.
