I get mine from hims for viagra and use bluechew if you want cialis. They do online consultations and either a phone call or a video call to fill your script. You set up the time ahead of time to do it. If mailing is an issue I would get a P. O. Box for a month or so and just order a six month supply both these companies and product are made in the USA I wouldn't trust any of the overseas stuff anymore even though I used that ten years ago.

I hear ads on WLW all the time about "discreet" pills. Of course, they still need to be mailed somewhere so I don't know if that would solve your problem or not. I used to get crappy pills online from overseas (India, I think). I was younger then and just beginning to need "assistance" and they worked OK. Nowadays, however, with all the fentanyl issues, I'd be hesitant to trust those suppliers, but that IS another option.
