All the problems stem from the US wanting to be the world reserve currency. When you make other countries settle all international trade with USD, that increases demand for the dollar, makes it go up in price and then of course everybody will buy things from outside the country. The poor lose all their jobs, the rich have their money in the stock market. The foreign companies take their earned USD and buy US assets, making the rich even richer. There needs to be a neutral world currency.

There is probably very little that any president has ever done or can do that will have an immediate or short term effect on our everyday way of life. The state of the world now is due to COVID. Not Biden. The state of the world in 2002 and since was due to 911. Not Bush. No one person, especially these 70 year old geriatric white men we keep putting in charge has any great ideas. Trumps policies were not his. Bidens policies are not his. It's about what can pass in the legislature depending whose in control.

The president should be looked at as a symbol and a figure head. Not some all knowing supreme leader. A representative. In that regard, Trump represented the worst of us. You can't argue that. Biden represents absent minded senility. Fuck both of them. When will we actually get a good person with good ideas to vote for. The lesser of 2 evils we always get stuck with is bullshit.
