I agree I feel it has to be some life changing monumental experience for me to spend over 300.

I agree with this. I USUALLY pre-negotiate BBFS by phone, text, or email. When I do not, it is only because VERY reliable positive intel exists, and I don't want to scare her off!

I got a rate of 250/ HR for the query without BBFS pre-negotiation. And I got a rate of 300 with BBFS.
