The Hair Salon Vice Squad knows that those materials have to make it to the street from somewhere. The normal distribution channels are coming up empty, so there must be a paradigm shift in the distribution network. Their reasoning (both inductive and deductive) suggests the materials are likely being funneled through the Perm Girls. What if those bald dudes are working with the Perm girls to ensure that Perm maintenance make it to the masses? The Hair Salon Vice Squad would be remiss not to check that out since the result is a scourge on society. It is their job to investigate that type of activity to the fullest extent. The Perms should get ready for a lot of freshly shaved heads of undercover agents of the Hair Salon Vice Squad to pay them a visit to see what's happening. Those undercover Hair Salon Vice Squad agents may not find what they seek, but they can turn the lives of the Perm girls upside. Keep in mind that the Perm girls are still acting as though they have a license to provide Perms, that's illegal, so they are subject to fines, fees, and reputation damage if apprehended on even a misdemeanor. The Hair Salon Vice Squad doesn't care one iota about the type of Perm provided, it's all about those Perm maintenance materials that may be being funneled through her establishment.

Now consider that the Perm Girls could be Body Rub Girls or any other type provider on the fringes. Consider that the Perm maintenance materials are any illicit items (e.g., Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals) that are illegal, highly addictive, and foster a certain criminal element. Consider that you've read this far and none of this make sense .,., sorry not sorry .,., for dragging you down this mental rabbit hole.

BP Advertisers on The 24 Hour List (13-JUL-2016). Search for initials MRU and DJW so far, but based on the pattern, it is inevitable that other names will pop up over the next few days. LEO did a news conference outlining the approach to how they conduct such stings. While many esteemed citizens have gotten off of the couch because of Pokemon Go, it looks like LEO is out-and-about busy conducting a sting (massage-oriented so far). Just another reminder for providers to be diligent in all areas of their business (a "LEO check" is ficticious, c'mon) and for mongers to think with their big head. Look at the patterns.

Fortunately, I don't bother with SW's at all. But he's going to piss off the wrong person and end up with a lot less than nothing. He's a huge target and there are some bad people out there on the street.

Apparently, police can delay charging the johns in prostitution stings. According to this article, first posted by Noelle:

The news does say brother mongers were 'taken into police custody' -- but that's probably intended misleading. In the past the girls get arrested, while the men get some stuck with some kind of a appearance ticket and let go. Still have to be booked and stuff, but they do it by turning themself in at the jail later (and there's no difference in the outcome).

That being said, with the state and fed uncles doing these things now (they love the catch word: "human trafficking") that will probably change. Stay safe.
