I'm a longtime KP customer. Had one a few weeks back. Sorry forgot her name. Walked away and took my chances getting blocked. Not cool to raise the price and lower the standard. They basically have a monopoly on the hot asian industry. They really have no competition if you have an Asian fixation. (I do).
