They posted their address in a local suburb at a motel instead of a hotel which to me triggered a few red flags. When I looked up the location, the local police department had done a sting there maybe 5 years ago which is triggering huge red flags for me.

It might be legit, but something just feels a little off about this one.

Nothing explicit was stated. Except a little too much direct language in the ad itself.

Text conversation was basically:

"Hi saw your ad on AS and wanted an appointment at X time?

"Yes Honey".

"Address info:

140/ hh, 160 hour.

Cash only.

No black guys thanks".

Convo seems normal so far. Any experienced vets can give me their take on this? Thanks.

Sometimes it's just better safe than sorry. If your gut is telling you somethings off, I would trust your gut.

Saw Lisa today and had a very good time. Greeted with LFK and got down to business. Preview in the shower and was very good. She' took good care of me and was pretty playful. She even tried to get me to come back. Think this is her last week in town.

I have tried 7-8 times over the last couple years to set something up with this place. I've followed the instruction / booking for to a tee, and. . . Nothing.

Is there a secret handshake? They just don't take new customers? What is the deal??

Same here, after a year and a half the closest I got was an email reply for my verification info. Then KP claimed they didn't hear back from rs-avs (and they said no one asked for verification). I threw in the towel for good after that.

My two cents, it's probably equal parts perseverance and luck.

They just very rarely take new customers. I was accepted in 2017 after texting / calling / emailing my RS2 K info no less than 20 times over the course of about a year or more.

Since it opens in August, it's probably new; and the photos must be of their vacationing contractors.

I'd say they are getting an early start to see what kind of interest they can line up before opening or, considering the link no longer works it might have been L. E.

Can someone recommend a place that has nicer apartment (eg. At least has in room bathroom to take shower) and in the Chinatown area?

These places jump around, but they're generally either a dive apartment or a newer townhome. Last place I was at had at least two bathrooms upstairs including one in the master bedroom, so keep trying!
