The Committee just better hope Georgia beats Florida st and if that happens they were right to leave them out

So, by the words of your own prior posts, the committee was "right" to leave Florida State out of the national championship playoffs.

Wrong. Strength of schedule wasn't the only factor, but it was explicitly one of the factors. Sports Illustrated:

Strength of schedule was also a big part of the discussion for the committee. Alabama had four wins over the top 25, and Florida State at three. Alabama had the fifth best strength of schedule, while Florida State's was 55th. 'It's a factor, and it's a part of our protocol as we look at it,' (committee chairman) Corrigan said. 'Alabama's strength of schedule was significantly higher than Florida State's'.

So, as I said before, strength of schedule was definitely relevant.

The way things now look for the Seminoles at QB it certainly favors the Bulldogs. I agree that both teams have something to prove but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a convincing win for Georgia. Stay Safe this weekend gentlemen.

The difference tho is Florida State is in power 5 conference and Liberty is not and they said the reason Florida state wasn't invited was because the QB got injured had nothing to do with there schedule so again if what they saying is true they didn't invite them because there qb got injured and they somehow beat Georgia there decision to leave them out would be wrong. Again if Georgia wins no problem.

Personally, I have no problem with a one-loss team becoming national champion if the one-loss team has a substantially better strength of schedule ranking than a no-loss team.

If undefeated status was the sole determinant of which four teams should be in the national championship playoff, then Liberty, currently undefeated but with a very poor ESPN strength of schedule rank of 133, would be in the national championship playoff.

Michigan, Washington, Texas, Alabama in CFP. Sadly FSU was denied into CFP. Next year the CFP will have 12 teams in CFP. Hoping no more controversy next year on who the 12 elite should be in. If I was a AD at a school, I'd schedule a Big12, SEC, ACC, Big10 team on schedule every year. Bowl matchups looking good this year. Hono1.

Guess the Huskies have proven again that they are 3 points better than Ducks. Nix had an awful first half and was outplayed by Penix. Oregon giving 9 1/2 may have seemed a bit much at the time but wasn't an issue in the end. Enjoy the Georgia. Alabama game today.

Yep, UH is facing Colorado steam roller offensive front four all 300 plus pounds. UH probably be all worn out by the second quarter, may as well coach Chang should throw in the towel before more of his players end up on the injury list.
