Most books get Vandy to cover.

I like UH for cover because although not big in their positions, they get the speed (go Koali Nishigaya!) and quarterback throwing accuracy.Throw, wear Vandy down and strike.

    Week 0

    Adding Illinois -11.5.

    Week 0

    Utah St -23.5.

    This is ugly very fast.

Why touch Hawaii when you know nothing about the team, coaches, starting QB, etc?

I hope they pull it off as this is one of the few games that they have a chance to win.

Yes, last season Western Kentucky had a 9-5 record, and Vanderbilt had a 2-10 record. However, consider that Vanderbilt is in the powerful SEC (and eight of its losses were to SEC teams), while Western Kentucky is in the comparatively weak Conference USA. After last season, Bleacher Report ranked Conference USA as the worst of the ten FBS conferences (even lower than the Mid-American Conference), and ranked the SEC as the best conference. So if the same Vanderbilt team was in Conference USA, and the same Western Kentucky team was in the SEC, perhaps Vanderbilt would have had a better record than Western Kentucky.

I like coach Chang's charisma, attitude and local kine PR. Hoping for one winning season initially for the team (with one possible Bowl appearance) for now as more local boys come / stay home to play for Timmy. Go Bows!

Seems that College Football News may be more optimistic: "assume the Rainbow Warriors will somehow get to five wins. Getting that sixth, or seventh, will be a fight".

Ah, the age of inclusion finally reached the pro football world ala The Longest Yard. Maybe they (team, league) get something entertaining up their sleeves that might be really fun; never know until we see (or they might cancel), if fo real.
