I like UH for cover because although not big in their positions, they get the speed (go Koali Nishigaya!) and quarterback throwing accuracy.Throw, wear Vandy down and strike.

Western Kentucky finished strong last year and is probably better than Vanderbilt. We will see.

Yes, last season Western Kentucky had a 9-5 record, and Vanderbilt had a 2-10 record. However, consider that Vanderbilt is in the powerful SEC (and eight of its losses were to SEC teams), while Western Kentucky is in the comparatively weak Conference USA. After last season, Bleacher Report ranked Conference USA as the worst of the ten FBS conferences (even lower than the Mid-American Conference), and ranked the SEC as the best conference. So if the same Vanderbilt team was in Conference USA, and the same Western Kentucky team was in the SEC, perhaps Vanderbilt would have had a better record than Western Kentucky.

College Football News has UH beating Western Kentucky and Nevada, that's impressive. Nevada beat UH last year, they're pretty good. Western Kentucky finished strong last year and is probably better than Vanderbilt. We will see.

I like coach Chang's charisma, attitude and local kine PR. Hoping for one winning season initially for the team (with one possible Bowl appearance) for now as more local boys come / stay home to play for Timmy. Go Bows!
