Besides certain newbies who came through like Janessa at CDS and April at MFer (and I'm sure some would include Pink at Kison), the best spinners hardly ever do change. Julie at Nirv, Yuki at Tokyo, Hera and Jio at GQ are still the best looking petite spinners.

Cindy of VIP / GQ / Ginza, Coco of VIP and Honey of Ginza are spinners on another level of hawtness and petiteness. Why the hell do all 3 of them have to be the types to hardly ever work and are all M.I.A at the moment.
