Posts: 570Vanilla Reload Pack vs. Vanilla Visa
On the JCM web site it says to be sure to get the Vanilla Reload Pack and to not get the Vanilla Visa. I went to Walmart, Dollar General, and Office Depot. All I found was Vanilla Visa, Master Card or AmEx. Nobody at either place knew what I was talking about when referring to the Vanilla Reload Pack. I tried to find a phone number for JCM to clarify what I was looking for but could not find one one the web site. I read about everyone talking to "Becky". Can any of you clear this Vanilla Reload thing up for me or get me a phone number for JCM?

Thanks for the comments OM.
JCM has offered to replace product. I'll update here if / when they do come through with promise.
On your note about writing contents on the outside, the writing on the envelope I received was fairly illegible, so wasn't a problem in my opinion. Unfortunately, if you get someone with clear handwriting filling out the customs form, may be a different result.
As for the comment that they don't know expiration dates because other companies are drop shipping the actual product. This would be important to know if they have no way of knowing when the product they're selling expires. I agree, product shouldn't be more than a year old. Even at a year, you have no way of knowing what conditions / temperature it was stored at.

It is inexcusable if JCM knowingly sent you meds with such a near term expiration date. Expiration dates are rarely an issue at US pharmacies. Most pharmacy chains sell meds with an expiration date of one year past the day they were dispensed.
I recommend you ask JCM about the expiration date of each med you plan to buy, before placing your order. This will increase the likelihood of your receiving the freshest product in their inventory.
Re Silagra vs. Suhagra, I believe they are the same (despite the different brand names.).
Good luck,
OM.

Posts: 60Received nearly expired product, so you might want to hold off ordering for now
Here's the info on the essentially expired product I received (will update as soon as they remedy):
Ordered Suhagra, instead, received Silagra (both seem to be manufactured by Cipla, so not sure what the difference is).
Received Sept 2014.
Expiration Oct 2014.
Manufacture date Nov 2011.
So the product is essentially expired as I can't go through the order in 1 month, and its 3 years old. I tried 1 tablet and it did nothing. Will post as soon as they exchange product or follow through on promise to resolve this problem.

Posts: 100So far I have had good luck with Ajanta labs products, their "Kamagra" is widely sold in Thailand over the counter and the Kamagra I got from JCM last year was just as effective as the Kamagra in Thailand and genuine Pfizer product. Stay away from anything made by Centurion Labs, their generic Levitra did nothing when I took it. This time they are throwing in a few samples of a Cipla product I wish to try because that lab has a good reputation on this board. RSM labs "Sildigra Soft" also works for me, at least 75% as potent as the Ajanta. I want to try RSMs version of Levitra as my only experience is with the crap Centurion brand and I do not know if Vardenifil is just not an effective chemical, or more likely Centurion is a sub-par manufacturer as another person has written.

Posts: 60Received order after following your advice, Question about production date
Thanks for the advice. Used the email address you suggested and got a reply after several failed attempts at their other email.
The good: Nice surprise, Suhagra order arrived in 2 weeks!
The bad: production date was 2011! (where have these been for the last 3 years?
Question to those that have tried the Suhagra from them: did you also get an old, nearly expired batch? I haven't had a chance to try it yet. Will report back. I saw some earlier posts about this issue. Any updated feedback about efficacy of old batches from them?

Received my order today but didn't like the way it was labeled. It actually had the contents on the label. Thats the first time I've seen that.
