This ole monger had to spend everything he had down to the very shirt off his back to pay some shyster with a "how to read the newspaper" undergraduate degree to keep him out of jail. For that matter, he'll never even get his gun back, regardless of judges orders etc, the police claim to have to keep it for evidence. One can keep an eye out at local gun shops, however, and it will show up sooner or later.
About the only thing, that could have saved this monger's ass, was the nine months the escort lingered as a hopeless quadriplegic. This gave the criminal attorney enough time to locate and buy a boiler plate case to copy from. Attorneys, who are hard working, and could do original work, stick with corporate law and nothing else. I realize this case involves a sort of tort stipulation about one kind of law being kept to allow for something against the law, but they did nail that gal for murder, only fifty miles up the road from San Antone, not too long ago. She blew some dude away to keep him from stealing her pick up. Pardons and parole may end up letting her out in no time with her retirement and other assets still in tact. That's how it goes, when one performs, as any reasonable human would, and gets stuck with three hots and cot rather than than get tricked out of their money. She maintained that paying for an attorney was nothing more than a swindle and wasn't stripped of everything thing she owned as would have otherwise been the case. On the other hand, some dude in Houston blew away a wrecker driver, who was legitimately trying to repossess his killer's car. For whatever reason, the Harris County Grand Jury wouldn't indict on it.
Whatever the case, I plan on staying out any of these situations. I can't ever remember hiring a prostitute until I had her situated to where she had to follow thru with things. The whole key to all of this stuff is keeping, as wide a berth as possible, from the cops and lawyers etc. Prostitution, in and of itself, accomplishes this quiet well.
Marriage or any kind of strings attached relationship would almost immediately make one more vulnerable to the cops and those they pimp for.

Wow what to think of this story? Will this change anything about escorting in the state of Texas?
