The Walnut Inn in West Covina, off the 10 Fwy is $45 for the hour. Its actually a nice place, and clean. Was there just last week.

Yes it is a dump. Spent the night several times with a semi pro that I know. Lots of people hanging out. Parked my car on Las Tunas because the parking lot was full.
