Yes it works great for PE. I got prescribed it for lower back pain and that's all it works on for pain. But a side effect is delayed ejaculation. I only take a half and it holds things up well. But it will keep you awake so take accordingly and YMMV.

I'm sorry. I misunderstood. PE means "premature ejaculation". Yes, I can see why Depression meds and drugs like Tramadol could help with that.
I was reading page after page of ED threads and I got ED confused with PE. Sorry. I wasn't reading correctly.

Wait. You are taking Tramadol for PE? I was prescribed it for arthritis pain. Never read anything about it helping PE. I don't think it will help you get an erection like Viagra / Cialis.

I've tried Dapoxetine and it has worked great except for the side effects. I always get an upset stomach and diarrhea that last for at least 12 hours. Regardless if I have taken it on an empty stomach or a full stomach. Even 60 mg or 30 mg. Now I'd like to try Tramadol (ultram) based on reviews I've read elsewhere. The only problem is the pharmacy's I've seen have only been offering them in the quantity of 50+ pills. Anyone here have any experience with Tramadol for PE?
