As for putting your email in the description, you might get away with that for a little while, but the seeking reviewers will find it eventually and remove your entire description from your profile, maybe even block your profile.

Also be aware that violating their terms of service (which is increasingly likely post FOSTA / SASTA), means they'll disable your account with no refund.
