I had one meet me at Applebee's. I bought her a couple drinks of her chosing we had a 30 min to hr long Convo. She felt comfortable and we hit the hotel. No money was exchanged untill after the deed was finished. She did get a few free drinks.

I pay for dinner / coffee, that's it unless she has driven over an hour then I will give some gas money. Never pay to have one just show up and yes there are guys who pay just to show. Some guys just have the money to do that. Its just the way of the world so move on to girls who don't require a show up fee.
