Sugarbabies?

I've seen a lot of posts about this. I've encountered it a *lot* too.

Their modus operandi is to spend a lot of time talking to you, and then pull the cash app thing at the last minute. Usually, they'll have some semi-plausible excuse. (They need money for Uber, etc.).

Don't fall for it. Always cut off contact immediately. Even if you've talked to them on the phone. It is almost always a scam.

There are scores of scammers on Seeking at present, and COVID seems to have made the situation worse. Personally, I would love to go back to escorts. Much easier. But most of the women on the escort sites are obese or over the hill nowadays. Hopefully the selection will improve post-COVID.

Well. Someone fell for it and it wasn't me. She hit me up for 50 on Cashapp at lunch. She got someone for 200 to 300 bucks. She is a scam guys, she will not meet you. She is a common criminal.

I use the following language whenever I get any kind of pay-in-advance request. I have it saved so all I have to do is copy-paste. I offer it at no charge. If anyone has something better, I welcome feedback.

"The Seeking site is constantly reminding people to never send money before at least one in-person meeting. It tells people that 999 times out of 1000 it is a scammer asking. Only newbies fall for that now and they usually only do it once. If you really need some help or want proof that I am serious, let's meet in a crowded, public place and I will help you out. ".
