Agreed. She is very much a UTR. I think for the right guy she might settle down but that's not on the table at the moment. She has had some life changes recently that will probably make her more interested in entertaining than she was last year but overall, I agree. UTR is a good description.

I'm sure it could be longer term if you're ponying up the $$. Just know going in that she's definitely not a one SD lady.

I met her for dinner. Very pretty and bright. She has had long term SD's in the past and looking for another one. She is on the high end for an allowance and too high for me. It was an enjoyable dinner.

Not sure if it's quite like that. She has a regular job and "real" life. I feel pretty comfortable saying she's clean of drugs but equally comfortable saying she has a drinking problem. I'm guessing she uses SA as occasional supplemental income.
