A few years back there was a booming parlor in Wheaton next to a "church" - I put it in quotes because it was the kind of pop-up church in a small building that was always. Weird. CD Nails is the place I went to and it was next door to the place that started this whole conversation (the place all of the way to the west) and I still haven't checked out. But, I agree with the purely mechanical and totally "get it over with" feel of CD Nails, no mutual touching with active avoidance of it. I would not return there.

I don't think they advertise so I think they're off most people's radar. And, at least the last time I was there, a handy was all you'd get so LE typically doesn't want to waste their time on these places.
