Absolutely. In OC, they all put Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. I once had someone I learned was actually an hour's drive inland who had this on her profile. My first SB also listed San Clemente as her location even though she was in downtown San Diego, b / c she wanted to fish in two ponds. I wonder about girls listing Long Beach doing the same.

Make your profile hidden from search. All that goes away. The scammers can't find you. If you go to a girls page, she can see you did that, otherwise, she doesn't know you exist. I have done this b / c I have a SO and didn't want my profile to be recognized. That realistically isn't an issue as I have found. I've been on the site 3+ years, I have never come across a profile of a woman I recognized (well, from anyplace other than SA). So, I haven't found a gal I know IRL.

Same here. She doesn't drive and I think she just moved to Pasadena area. She wanted to come over but the quickness of it made me think twice. She was asking around a fin. Did connect on Hinge later as well and it seemed she was looking for a relationship as a long term sb.

Decided to make a new account. Cleared cookies, new email / handle, etc. Signed up late at night and was banned by the early morning. Didn't even have it for more than 8 hours. Wrote an email to support and they said that they discovered that I had a previous account that was banned, hence the deletion.

Seriously annoyed af. F them. They couldn't delete my account when it was a regular membership all the while sending me promo codes? Talk about a scam. Next time I ever sign up I think I'm just going to use my real credit card, and then file a false charge towards the end of my membership to get a refund. This happens a lot, guys post about it a lot, you didn't do everything you needed to. You must switch devices and / or change the MAC address on your device too. There are MAC address spoofers you can find on the web. You need to use a VPN and use a different node to exit onto the WWW if you did that earlier. Periodically on the threads I read, someone will post a list of the steps you need to take. Use the OneVanilla prepaid, which in some places has changed to SecureSpend branding. And, don't ever do anything even slightly risky. Take it to text or an app like Telegram, etc.
