It means don't spend more than $$ a date. Period. Plenty of girls will jump at the chance to date you for that price.

It is as small as you can get; narrower than a strand of hair; it is hard to believe they can be made that narrow and only 5/16 " long; you can barely feel it go in. It is the same size as is used for insulin injections. Well worth the results!
