I'd recommend using craigslist men for women dating section. Or casual encounters.

Just write an ad that you think would appeal to a woman. You got to think like one for a moment; they want someone who has means and is safe. You have to convey that in your post. Also make sure you post some kind of picture, anything because posts with pics get way more responses than those without. I usually use a guy in a business suit but I don't show the face.

Next I'd only tell them so much about you, meaning not what you're like as person so much. Girls like mystery but they want to feel that you're safe too. Basically you're successful, you're the " "man" and its up to them to come get some now.

Think about that before you write your next one. Also remember the time of day you post your ad is just as important. What time are lonely single women most likely going to be browsing? Post it then. And if you're not getting any bites after 3-4 hours delete it and post another.

Yeah, don't mention money and don't mention looking for young women.

Just politely say "Successful businessman looking for some company" and then in the ad maybe say describe yourself as a busy work a holic with little time for dating but you're looking for a nice, genuine person who might be looking for some help themselves. Maybe we can work something out.

Again, concise and leaving a little to their imagination is good. If they think they can figure everything out about you in the ad many won't come. I've had at least 10-12 girls respond alone that said "I liked your ad so I decided to respond."

Since we are one of the largest metropolitan area's in the US, I see that we are severely behind the times and lacking a thread where Senior members can post and share info on advertising, conversing, procuring, Chicagolands Non professional ladies.

So put on your thinking caps, work on your creative writing, and lets gain some ground out there.
