Agree with you a fantastically clean and discretely located place is of paramount importance along wit 9's and 10's.

Just another side note: Rejuve’s back entrance is not too bad. Pinetree has a pretty good location not much foot traffic there. It’s ckean there too. Hanabi is hidden away from the street and pedestrians.
